Deposit Questions
jilimm supports four deposit methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. All of these are local methods that work in Myanmar Kyat (Ks), so depositing is quick and straightforward. Funds arrive almost instantly, so you won't miss any playing time.
The minimum deposit for every payment method is 10,000 Ks. You can deposit any amount above that, and the higher you deposit, the more welcome bonus you receive — so it's worth planning ahead when making your first deposit. For example, depositing 20,000 Ks earns you a bonus of 20,000 Ks.
jilimm does not charge any deposit fee. However, payment providers such as KBZPay or Wave Money may apply their own transfer fees, so players should check with their bank or wallet in advance. There are no extra charges on jilimm's side.
Deposits usually arrive within a few minutes. If it has been more than 15 minutes, please: (1) check that you have a transfer receipt (screenshot), (2) verify that your account number is correct, and (3) contact our support team via live chat and send them the screenshot. Support is available 24 hours a day.
To deposit with Wave Money: (1) log in to your jilimm account and tap "Deposit", (2) select Wave Money, (3) transfer the amount from your Wave Money app to the Wave Money number provided, (4) include a reference note, (5) send a screenshot of the transfer confirmation to jilimm support. Funds arrive in your account almost immediately.
You need at least 20,000 Ks in your account to make a withdrawal. We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 1 hour. There are no withdrawal fees, and the funds are sent to you by your chosen method once your account balance is confirmed.

jilimm's welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example, depositing 20,000 Ks gives you a 20,000 Ks bonus, bringing your total to 40,000 Ks to play with. Depositing 620,000 Ks gives you the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, for a total of 920,000 Ks in your account.
That's correct. The welcome bonus is available once per account. Since it only applies to your very first deposit, it's a good idea to plan your deposit amount in advance to get the most out of it. For subsequent deposits and other bonuses, check the promotions section.
The wagering requirement is the amount you need to play through before you can withdraw winnings derived from a bonus. At jilimm, the requirement is bonus amount × 25. For example, if you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, you need to wager 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks before withdrawing bonus-related winnings. For a 300,000 Ks bonus, the requirement is 300,000 × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.
Claiming the welcome bonus is straightforward: (1) open your jilimm account, (2) make your first deposit, then either request bonus activation via live chat or activate it directly in your account dashboard. Don't forget to opt in to the bonus at the time of your first deposit.
Slots contribute the most toward wagering. Live casino games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger also count. Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, and football betting may count as well, but their contribution rates can differ slightly. Contact support via live chat for the exact list.
The referrer receives 10% of the referred player's first deposit as a bonus (maximum 30,000 Ks per person). On top of that, you can continue to earn 0.1% of the referred player's valid bets as a weekly commission. This bonus is designed for Myanmar players to share and play with their friends.
Devices & How to Use
If your internet drops during a jilimm game, the active session is held on the server. You can log back in and continue playing — game results are recorded server-side so nothing is lost. However, in live casino games you may miss a round, so log back in quickly.
Clearing your browser cache and cookies usually fixes this. In Chrome, go to Settings → Privacy → Clear Browsing Data and clear it. In Safari, go to Settings → Safari → Clear History. Then reopen jilimm. If the problem continues, check your internet connection and contact us via live chat.
